Chef Harshita's passion for plant-based cooking was ignited during lockdown, leading her to study at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Canada. Returning to India, she opened The Vegan Story in Kirti Nagar — where wholesome vegan meals meet beautiful ambience. Her café has become a local favourite, celebrated for its innovative menu and commitment to ethical, sustainable dining.
